The stocks I suggested are for Shorts as well as Longs. You have to watch your "CHARTS" .
I did make some mo on TARG These plays were only for that day I do not recommend playing them even one day after that
I run scans nightly as well as in the Pre Hours for day trading .

Till early part of 2004 or latter part of 2003, most of the Indians applied EB3 very few applied EB2. After 2004, it was reverse. I doubt any one appled EB3 in 2005 0r 2006.
If EB3 stays continously in 2001 and EB2 in 2004 (there is 3 year difference in cutoff date between EB2 and EB3 now), the guys with EB3 PD 2002 and 2003 will convert to EB2 by applying new 140 to transfer PD. This flow will balance the cut-off dates. Eventually it will reach a common ground or a break-even point.
There is a small problem with EB3->EB2 PD porting I guess. Now that premium processing for I-140 is suspended indefinitely, I-140 approvals may take a while for this porting to happen.

Is there a system in place, for TSC ONLY, using which, an immigration attorney, who is an AILA member, can send an email, with LIN numbers (or A #, i am not sure which), to TSC, if the PD is current? Once this email is received, the system flags the case to be picked up by an IO?
This system was put in place a couple of years ago, but I am not sure if it is still active, or if it is active, does TSC even bothers monitoring it.

I have a BC which is issued on 2004. Do I still need 2 affidivits? My Lawyer didn't ask me to gather affidivits. Any thoughts on that?

My PD is Mar-04, RD=14Aug07
On USCIS status, it says.." On October 11, 2007, we received this I485..." .
Processing time for TSC is Aug07.. Does this mean my case will not processed now?
There is no telling, there are already some approvals where the ND is in OCT and TSC approved those. Online it always shows ND as your RD. Be Hopeful.

While reading the previous posts I saw that adtisement was on DOL for 30 days before filing PERM. Is that the rule? My lawyer waited for 60 days before sending the application.

What was your I-485 ND (notice date)? just trying to to discern any patters. You are the first July 2 filer at TSC that has been approved from what i have seen so far.

H1B was not started to help people from all over world, It was started to help US corporates to fight talent crunch..
If someone is responsible for the current state of affairs in the H1B area , It is Indian firms . The H1B1 was started in 'GOOD FAITH ' by United States to help people from "all over the world" to come in and work in the US , but large Indian IT houses have overexploited these loopholes so much that we are currently in this sorry state of affairs . In their greed for higher and higher profits(every Indian firm hits 30% profits every quarter ) they have spoiled a perfectly working program a few years ago to such a state that now getting an H1B has got less nothing to do with talent but has become like buying a supperlotto ticket .Below is a very good article from the "Economic Policy Institute " that highlights the fact that 2 well known Indian firms have single handedly lapped up 65% of H1B visas last year and have applied for just 69 green cards . Thats a GC application rate of 0.0004%. i Cannot help agree with the facts in this article. I totally agree that firms like these which abuse the system ought to be severely punished and blacklisted, so that geniunine US companies can get their required workers , when they need them . If you think any fraud is going on or there is a law being misused you must complain to USCIS and Ombudsman. Unless it is reported nobody in a position of power will know about it and nothing will be done to stop it.
I will try to explain the process it takes to get qualified for EB1C.
You will need to be outside USA for an year working as an Executive or manager. Come back to USA in that role. So the appropriate visa will be L1A. Most Indian companies require atleast 5-6 years of experience before they look at your resume for a manager. Most of the managers now a days get fired if their targets are not met in couple of quarters. So staying in that position for couple of years it self is a big deal. Now they need to prove the candiate valid for L1A position. Face a visa interview and come here and start working. Even if the same company is sponsering the L1A. Compaines usually wait for an year or two before they file I140. This application wll rot in CIS queue for long enough before they get a decision and GC.
This is the actual process.. If some company works in an apartment in India with one man show and tries to get an L1A, I am not sure if they will get through and get a VISA??? It is quite common that we have more EB1Cs becos, the number of Desi companies have grown. So if you think you are experienced and want to give a shot, try it. These kind of complaints in a longer run will bite us by delaying the applications and building backlogs..
I think it has become a standard process after any visa bulletin. We try to fight on EB2/EB3 or India vs. ROW or AP in India vs. rest of India. This time it happened to be EB1 vs. rest of EB..
The system is already screwed.. Lets not add more delays.. If we want to complain, lets complain about the root cause of the problem.. i.e. CIS wasted visas that caused these backlogs..

Some of the interviews with USCIS officials on july bulletin feaso, noted saying "not waiting for security clearence" adjudicated the cases working overtime during end of June. I guess all this will play against and they are in deep trouble now.
