I have approved I-140 with PD MAY07 awaiting date to be current to file I485, now my company is moving to a new address,
Can anyone please tell me what will be the impact on my GC process and what I need to do? Appreciate your help on this.

Your priority date is not yet current. It will be in August.
Also you need to prove that you have exhausted all ways to get it adjudicated.
InfoPass - Eitherway its useless
Approaching your senator.
If none of these work then you apply for WOM
Otherwise your case will be weak and be thrown out

My wife is on H4 and she is studying Masters and we already have EAD. She would like to do Internship and she still has 6 months to graduation and my question is
1) Is there any time restrictions for people to do internship (with GC based EAD)
2) After graduation, can she still continue with her internship (using EAD ofcourse) ?
3) If Yes for question 2, then for how long after graduation she can be an intern
Apreciate if someone can give feedback on this.

My wife and I will be Canadian Permanent Residents in a few months. I am on EAD with I485 pending and have AP. She is on H1B
We will need to Travel to Canada for Immigrant Landing formalities after we get PR.
How can we enter back in US so that my AOS and her H1B Status is not affected?

ok this is a little unusual, my exp so far has been the checks are almost always cashed within 3-4 days, call cust center or take infopass and follow up, if you have a lawyer then ask him to check on it.
However i am not sure why your application reached VSC.
We have been applying for advance parole document at NSC for the last few years.
This time also we sent our application to NSC on 01/28/2010.
However, after about 15 days, we received a receipt notice letter from Vermont service center and the case is now pending at VSC. Moreover, the check is not cashed yet.
Based on the state we are living, the I-131 application instructions specify that I-140 based applications should be sent to Nebraska service center.
I am wondering if USCIS started processing I-131 applications at VSC.
Or our application is mistakenly misclassified and sent to VSC.
Any comments?

I filed my 485 in Dec 2004.My PD is June 2004.
Got married in 2005.
If (Less Probability..) i get my 485 approved and not able to add my Spouse's to my 485.
What would be my Options.

yes. AC21 is a provision to allow you to change employers without affecting ur 485. It has nothing to do with work authorization. Your authorization can come from ead or h1 transfer.

On Thursday, May 14, 2009, Senator Diane Feinstein introduced a bill, nicknamed the “AgJobs Bill,” that seeks to grant amnesty for up to 1.35 million farm workers working in the country illegally, primarily in California. In regard to the background question, I'm assuming you mean the faint overlapping designs behind the contents in the header. This can be achieved by placing designs of your choice (such as the logo in the example you provided) on separate layers and assiging various opacities to each layer in photoshop (check the layers tab for the opacity modifier).
As far as making professional sites go: it's a pretty general question. I could only suggest practicing and learning from experience. Or go to a reputable design school.

Since USCIS is done with all I-485 cases, should they not allow filing of I-485 when PD is not current? Or at least they should allow filing I-485 for the people who's I-140 is approved and PD is not current.

It's very painful to deal with these guys at times.
I also tried asking a finance broker about this and never heard back...
Have you tried apporaching another bank or some broker ?
(I was intrested to know if the can do a intrest only loan for 125% of current value...I would think no.....but perhaps no one has all the details ironed out yet)
Given a Chance will never deal with WF.. Horrible customer support.. and have bunch of jokers working for them..
